It is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Facebook \/ Instagram.<\/li>\n<li>By participating in the respective competition, the following conditions of participation are accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>(2) Participation requirements, participation &amp; procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All persons with unlimited legal capacity who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.<\/li>\n<li>Employees of Praum &amp; Sommer GmbH as well as all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. Also excluded are their life partners and relatives in a domestic relationship.<\/li>\n<li>The competition is active from <strong>20<\/strong><strong>.08.2025 \u2013 27.08.2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The competition begins with the call on the social media of Praum &amp; Sommer GmbH.<\/li>\n<li>To participate, participants must respond to the post on Instagram or Facebook, like and follow, share on Facebook if possible and invite a friend to join on Instagram. The competition, its description and procedure, take place within the framework of the respective competition campaign on the Facebook page \/ Instagram page of Praum &amp; Sommer GmbH.<\/li>\n<li>Participation is possible until<strong> 27.08.2025 23:59.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Participation in the competition is only possible once per participant. A late participation, for whatever reason, can unfortunately not be considered. The Praum &amp; Sommer GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation or provide false personal information will also be excluded. Likewise, participation by sweepstake agencies is excluded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>(3) Winnings &amp; prize notification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We will draw a total of <strong>3 snack and beverage packages in cooperation with Beutelsbacher<\/strong>\u00a0from all eligible participants.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be selected from all eligible participants within one week of the closing date. The company Praum &amp; Sommer GmbH will select a random participant. The winner will be notified via comment function on Facebook or Instagram, Facebook or Instagram message, or in a separate posting and requested to send a postal address in which the personal data is submitted properly and truthfully in full. These details will be used to send the prize.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>There is no claim to the product.<\/li>\n<li>If a winner does not report back in time, he will be excluded from the prize and a new winner will be selected.<\/li>\n<li>Only one prize is possible per participant.<\/li>\n<li>A cash payment or the exchange of the prize is excluded.<\/li>\n<li>If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner will accept an appropriate replacement prize.
