The trainees were amazed by the extensive tour of our production facility. After all, it&#8217;s not every day that you get to see such a large bakery in all its detail! Our colleagues Irene and Marcel from quality management guided the students through all the important stations, from dough production to packaging. Fun fact: Our dear colleague Irene is herself a graduate of the JPRS professional school! You don&#8217;t necessarily have to have studied to work in a great job in the organic sector. Dear bakers, we are always happy to receive applications \ud83d\ude42 Afterwards, there was a lively exchange with our colleagues from marketing, sales and quality management &#8211; and of course a cookie or two to nibble on.
