As a family business with 160 years of tradition, we can proudly look back on our diverse product range. Over the course of time, not only our packaging has changed, but also its contents. As a former “biscuit, rusk, pretzel and waffle factory”, we manufactured genuine Friedrichsdorf products. Back then, people knew that what came from Friedrichsdorf was of high quality. To this day, we continue to honour this quality, as well as our passion for diverse and new products. Our historic pretzels, waffles and red cake icing, on the other hand, are past treasures of baking and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n
Did you know that we now offer over 40 organic products? From A for Amarettis to R for rusks, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone. We have swapped the pretzels for bread chips and we no longer have cake icing in our range. But we are constantly developing new and creative baked goods, because we live tradition and love innovation. Whether it’s fruit-sweetened biscuits, gluten-free cookies or crispy bean crackers. One thing has never changed in all this time: the unique flavour and high quality.<\/p>\n
