Then the trainee program with a position in our quality management department is just right for you!<\/p>\n<h2>Why quality management?<\/h2>\n<p>Quality management sounds dry at first? But it&#8217;s not! In the food industry, quality management means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring food safety<\/li>\n<li>Improving processes<\/li>\n<li>Implementing standards (e.g. IFS, HACCP)<\/li>\n<li>Snacking on cookies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In short: You make sure that good products stay good \u2014 from raw materials to the shelf.<\/p>\n<h2>Trainee program<\/h2>\n<p>The trainee year takes place as part of the \u201c\u00d6kologische Land- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft\u201d trainee program.<\/p>\n<p>What you can expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Theoretical input: Seminars, workshops and in-depth expertise in organic farming and food production<\/li>\n<li>Practical application: You will be actively involved in day-to-day business, e.g., audits, documentation or process analyses<\/li>\n<li>Support &amp; development: You will receive individual support and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>Would you like to help shape the future instead of just going with the flow?
