Last week, we tried to answer these questions for a total of 21 curious and bright elementary school children and introduce them to our enthusiasm for organic. As we all know, early practice makes perfect. The first graders from the Neu-Anspach elementary school were allowed to take a look at our production facilities and were amazed at the dimensions of our dough kneaders, ovens and packaging machines. With a wealth of knowledge about what makes organic so special and, of course, a portion of snacks, the little kids returned to the elementary school.
