Did you know that more than 80 percent of SOMMER baked goods are made entirely without animal ingredients? We bake not only with the best organic ingredients, but also mostly vegan. Because the less is in it, the clearer is the taste. We try not only to pay attention to a vegan recipe for new creations, but also veganize real classics like our Amaretti or Cantuccini.
