(1) Organizer / Conditions of participation

  1. The competition is organized by the company Praum & Sommer GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 5, 61267 Neu-Anspach, Germany.
  2. The competition is not connected to Facebook / Instagram. It is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Facebook / Instagram.
  3. By participating in the respective competition, the following conditions of participation are accepted.

(2) Participation requirements, participation & procedure

  1. All persons with unlimited legal capacity who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
  2. Employees of Praum & Sommer GmbH as well as all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. Also excluded are their life partners and relatives in a domestic relationship.
  3. The competition is active from –.-.2024 – -.-.2024.
  4. The competition begins with the call on the social media of Praum & Sommer GmbH.
  5. To participate, participants must respond to the post on Instagram or Facebook, like and follow, share on Facebook if possible and invite a friend to join on Instagram. The competition, its description and procedure, take place within the framework of the respective competition campaign on the Facebook page / Instagram page of Praum & Sommer GmbH.
  6. Participation is possible until -.-.2024 23:59.
  7. Participation in the competition is only possible once per participant. A late participation, for whatever reason, can unfortunately not be considered. The Praum & Sommer GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation or provide false personal information will also be excluded. Likewise, participation by sweepstake agencies is excluded.

(3) Winnings & prize notification

  1. We will draw a total of – packages from all eligible participants.
  2. The winner will be selected from all eligible participants within one week of the closing date. The company Praum & Sommer GmbH will select a random participant. The winner will be notified via comment function on Facebook or Instagram, Facebook or Instagram message, or in a separate posting and requested to send a postal address in which the personal data is submitted properly and truthfully in full. These details will be used to send the prize.
  1. There is no claim to the product.
  2. If a winner does not report back in time, he will be excluded from the prize and a new winner will be selected.
  3. Only one prize is possible per participant.
  4. A cash payment or the exchange of the prize is excluded.
  5. If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner will accept an appropriate replacement prize. Such circumstances beyond our control are in particular those that lie with the sponsors of the prizes.
  6. The prizes will be sent by mail or email to the address provided. The risk is transferred to the winner when the prize is handed over to a transport person. We are not responsible for delivery damages.

(4) Data protection information

  1. The data of the competition participants will only be used for the competition and will not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes.
  2. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their processing and no legal retention periods exist.
  3. The collected, personal data of the winners will be stored and used exclusively for sending the prize by Praum & Sommer GmbH. The data will only be stored until the final processing of the promotion. In all data processing procedures, Praum & Sommer GmbH proceeds according to the legal regulations.
  4. You will not incur any higher costs than the letter postage or the costs according to the prime rates of your telephone and/or Internet provider.

In addition, you are entitled to request information about the data we have stored about you and, if the data is incorrect, to request that it be corrected or, in the case of unauthorized data storage, that it be deleted. You can contact our

(6) Liability

  1. Claims for damages against Praum & Sommer GmbH in connection with the object of the prize are excluded – within the legally permissible limits – regardless of the legal grounds, unless Praum & Sommer GmbH has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations.

(7) Others

  1. This competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  2. Participation cannot be assigned to another person.
  3. The legal process is excluded.
