Why quality management?

In short: You make sure that good products stay good — from raw materials to the shelf.
Trainee program
The trainee year takes place as part of the “Ökologische Land- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft” trainee program.
What you can expect:
- Theoretical input: Seminars, workshops and in-depth expertise in organic farming and food production
- Practical application: You will be actively involved in day-to-day business, e.g., audits, documentation or process analyses
- Support & development: You will receive individual support and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally
