In 1955, our bakery was on the brink of an exciting change! We set an important milestone in our company history with sweet and savoury baked specialities. In addition to the established rusk, we now offered a variety of baked goods that emphasised our innovative strength and adaptability. From traditional recipes to creative new creations, from amaretti to rusks – we proudly look back on 160 years of passion for baking. These pictures show the dedicated work of Fritz Praum, the father of our current CEO, in the 1950s in the former production facility in Friedrichsdorf – a testimony to our tradition and the continuous development of our products.
