For the love of baking

Following the visit by students from the University of Giessen two weeks ago, this week we welcomed aspiring bakers from the JPRS professional school in Friedberg. The trainees were amazed by the extensive tour of our production facility. After all, it’s not every day that you get to see such a large bakery in all its detail! Our colleagues Irene and Marcel from quality management guided the students through all the important stations, from dough production to packaging. Fun fact: Our dear colleague Irene is herself a graduate of the JPRS professional school! You don’t necessarily have to have studied to work in a great job in the organic sector. Dear bakers, we are always happy to receive applications 🙂 Afterwards, there was a lively exchange with our colleagues from marketing, sales and quality management – and of course a cookie or two to nibble on. Whether trainees or students – everyone is welcome here!
