Greetings from Leipzig

BioOst is primarily a trade fair – a gathering place for retailers, producers and industry experts from the organic sector. This year, it took place once again in Leipzig and provided the perfect setting for discussions on sustainable food, trends and developments. New and particularly exciting for us: for the first time, the trade show was also open to consumers. This gave the event a whole new dynamic, because in addition to professional discussions, we suddenly had direct contact with the people for whom we bake our products every day.

What really matters to you

Nothing can replace face-to-face interaction. While we usually speak primarily with trade visitors, this time we were also able to hear your perspective. What makes a good organic product for you? What role do origin, quality and taste play in your daily life? It was precisely these conversations that showed us how consciously many of you shop -and how great the interest is in transparent, sustainable production. This is incredibly valuable to us, because it helps us tailor our products even better to your needs.

Encounters that last

The mix of industry professionals and consumers made this year’s BioOst something truly special. For us, it was two days filled with inspiration, honest feedback and new ideas. We’re taking away a lot of inspiration and above all, the motivation to continue developing high-quality organic products that are not only environmentally friendly but also delight you in your everyday life.
