Girls’ & Boys’ Day at SOMMER

At this year’s Girls’ & Boys’ Day, we were once again delighted to welcome enthusiastic students who had the opportunity to gain insight into our professional world. On this special event day, they had the chance to explore various departments and gain their first experiences of everyday work life.

Our goal is to introduce young people to career opportunities—regardless of traditional gender roles. We’re delighted to have been able to accompany these curious young talents on their journey and hope to have sparked an interest in our industry for some of them.
