new – spelt nuss-kuss

What do you do when you have too many hazelnuts and Christmas is just around the corner? That’s right, cookies. So last year we set out to process the many hazelnuts into fine cookies and sell them in our little shop in Neu-Anspach. But it turned out that everyone was thrilled by the basically so simple but incredibly delicious little nut cookies, so we just promptly added them to our winter assortment. We’re convinced you’ll be hooked by our Nuss-Kuss too – just a handful of ingredients, including spelt flour, lots of crunchy hazelnuts and regional beet sugar, make these cookies so irresistible. The cookies are also vegan and biodynamic. So how about a kiss, a nut kiss? Or best of all directly two 😉
