Oh July, you are so wonderful and colorful! In hardly any other month does it make so much fun to eat regionally, seasonally and organically. And in hardly any other month is it soo easy! From A to Z, everything is there, from apricots to zucchini, you get a wonderfully colorful selection of fruits and vegetables that don’t have to travel halfway around the world, but come fresh from the local field.
So next time you go shopping, just look at the country of origin of the food and you will certainly be surprised how many local and seasonal products there are in July. PS: July is the time for salads and our aromatic croutons with herbs of Provence go wonderfully well with them. Or you can try a fresh layered dessert with our new Cantuccini and fruity berries.
