Seasonal calendar

Not only in your own garden or neighboring park it becomes increasingly colorful, but finally on our home fields too!

Green spring onions and leaf spinach are joined by crunchy pink radishes and fruity red strawberries. So you already have enough valuable ingredients for a colorful salad. In addition, the asparagus season begins slowly but surely, the sprouts of the asparagus can also be used in a salad, casserole or quiche. When buying, it is best to look for organic quality and enjoy your fruit and vegetables from seasonal and regional cultivation, then it tastes twice as delicious!

PS Now that the salad season is starting, why not try our croûtons as a crunchy topping? A good salad consists of a savory, a fruity and of course a crunchy component 😉
