Seasonal calendar

Summer is coming to its end, but in August you should definitely take the chance again and buy seasonal. The selection is still aromatic, colorful and diverse in the last month of summer. The food doesn’t have to travel long distances, which means we can really save on CO2 by simply shopping regionally. How about an apple, pear or plum cake with fruit from German agriculture – a perfect treat for the sunday coffee table. And when the days get colder, a delicious cauliflower and potato gratin is a perfect fit, right? We love the colorful selection in August and look forward to apple, pear and co.
